Reschedule, Cancellation & Refunds Policy
Please review these policies before booking:
Channeling or Intuitive Guidance
- Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
- Sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time are eligible for a full refund.
- No-shows, late arrivals, unused time, or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will not be rescheduled. No refunds will be issued.
Coaching or Mentoring
Package Services
- Package sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
- No-shows, late arrivals, unused time, or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session time will forfeit the allotted package time.
Single Sessions
- Single sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
- No-shows, late arrivals, unused time, or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will not be rescheduled. No refunds will be issued.
General
- No refunds will be issued after completion of any service.
- Refunds for most services will be processed within 2 business days of the eligible cancellation date.
- Refunds for on-demand digital products will be processed within 7 business days of the eligible cancellation date.
- Termination of coaching or mentoring packages is addressed in the Coaching and Mentoring Agreement.
- Policies apply to all clients, including international, as indicated at the time of purchase.
