Reschedule, Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Please review these policies before booking:

Channeling or Intuitive Guidance

  • Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
  • Sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time are eligible for a full refund.
  • No-shows, late arrivals, unused time, or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will not be rescheduled. No refunds will be issued.

Coaching or Mentoring

Package Services

  • Package sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
  • No-shows, late arrivals, unused time, or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session time will forfeit the allotted package time.

Single Sessions

  • Single sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
  • No-shows, late arrivals, unused time, or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will not be rescheduled. No refunds will be issued.

General

  • No refunds will be issued after completion of any service.
  • Refunds for most services will be processed within 2 business days of the eligible cancellation date.
  • Refunds for on-demand digital products will be processed within 7 business days of the eligible cancellation date.
  • Termination of coaching or mentoring packages is addressed in the Coaching and Mentoring Agreement.
  • Policies apply to all clients, including international, as indicated at the time of purchase.
